Fill the fields : Title and add your image with the featured iimage (as you did for the portfolio items)

IMPORTANT : Add the custom field " caption "if you want to display the caption over the image.

lightbox: put the url to the element to display in the lightbox.

caption : Use this custom field to display the caption in nivo slider.
